Pain can arise for many reasons; injury, illness, stress and even poor nutrition. To properly address the root of the problem we should take a whole-body approach to prevention and recovery.

The traditional western medical approach is to provide medications which often merely mask the pain and create a toxic body, resulting in further issues and potentially further medications... and so the downward spiral starts.

We work with individuals and groups struggling with chronic or acute aches, pains or stiffness by teaching a multi-faceted approach to self-care. Even the foods we eat, the products we use on a daily basis, our environment can contribute to the pain we feel and by providing a combined approach the healing effect can be tremendously powerful.

It's also important to be aware of 'pre-pain' signals, such as general stiffness or feeling 'off'. Left unaddressed, pre-pain signals can lead to acute or chronic pain, and potentially disease. So, it's important to learn to be more aware of your body.

We don't provide clinical services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage etc but what we do offer can enhance the benefits of such treatments, and we are of course always happy to direct you to high-quality services of these types.
